Case Manager - Residential

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field such as psychology, social work, or human services.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals in mental health or behavioral health settings.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health support to residents including behavioral health assessments, psycho education, skill building, and engaging/maintaining external supports.

Provide supervision and support to psychiatric technicians under the direction of the Program Manager/Director.

Contribute to Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives.

Complete tasks associated with County service authorizations and electronic health record maintenance connected to company required BH assessments.

Assist with program coverage, as needed along with the rest of the management team.

Provide transportation to activities and appointments using a company vehicle.

Participate in the admin-on-call rotation.
