Thompson was founded in 1886 as an orphanage and has grown into an organization operating across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee and Kentucky. Thompson’s continuum of care encompasses three domains: prevention, mental health services and foster care. About the Role

As a Case Manager Supervisor, you are responsible for daily operational oversight and performance of your perspective program(s). Success will be primarily measured through three core data points: financial performance data, staff retention/engagement data, and program outcomes/quality data. The Program Supervisor is expected to model principles of the Leadership Pipeline as a Leader of Others.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight and performance management of assigned program(s).
• Model principles of the Leadership Pipeline as a Leader of Others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a highly performing individual contributor in a related field.
• Child Welfare Certification required.
• Exposure to leadership/management experience either through short-term project management, coordination, training, or actual leadership positions.
• Valid Driver's License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department.
• Capacity and coachability for future growth and development as a leader.
• Must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay

Starting Pay Range: $65k annually.
