Case Manager - full- time - 2nd shift - Sun - Thurs

About the role

This position provides support to the program team by assisting clients with achieving daily living skills and routine activities/chores. It also involves providing staff coverage to the program as identified by the program schedule, assisting clients with maintaining all outside appointments and activities by providing transportation, and reporting back to program staff on clients' accomplishments and information related to client care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Pay

The salary range for this position starts at $19.00 per hour. Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity.
