Case Manager-Enhanced Adult Mental Health Services, On Call #1088

About the role

The On Call, Case Manager assists with the implementation of treatment plans, provision of individual and group skills training, case management, and coordination of multiple service providers for client caseload under the direction of a senior clinician. This position works with adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

Responsibilities

• Advocacy and crisis intervention

Qualifications

• QMHA credential certification through MHACBO
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a mental health related field OR 3 years of prior experience in the counseling field
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and understand mental health assessment, treatment, and service terminology
• Culturally competent treatment services and cooperative working relationships
• Psychosocial skills training and treatment plan implementation
• Compliance with confidentiality policies and case management
