About the role

The Case Management Supervisor (Bilingual) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of case managers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the casework process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to agency policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to case managers in developing and implementing effective case management strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of case managers to ensure compliance with agency standards and client needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases and ensure timely service delivery
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in case management or related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with case management software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
