About the role
The Case Management Supervisor (Bilingual) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of case managers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the casework process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to agency policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to case managers in developing and implementing effective case management strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of case managers to ensure compliance with agency standards and client needs
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases and ensure timely service delivery
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in case management or related field
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with case management software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written)
