As a Case Manager Supervisor, you are responsible for daily operational oversight and performance of your perspective program(s). Success will be primarily measured through three core data points: financial performance data, staff retention/engagement data, and program outcomes/quality data. The Program supervisor is expected to model principles of the Leadership Pipeline as a Leader of Others. What does this position offer?
