Qualifications
- Assists with distribution of caseload to ensure all cases are accounted for in the allotted time frame.
- Assist clients with appointments, forms, and documentation.
- Support transportation coordination and referrals.
- Aid in data entry and HMIS documentation.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and trainings.
- Conduct client follow-ups and appointment reminders.
- Support resource distribution and client engagement activities.
- Maintain organized client files and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the case management team.
- Must demonstrate exceptional customer service, prioritizing the needs of the child, family, Veteran, or client to support the organization's mission.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience in social services, customer services, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong research and technical writing skills required.
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Driver’s License with a clear record.
- Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
