Case Aide - Full Time

Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services in Clearwater, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Elder Services Case Aide to support case management and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing authorizations at the direction of the Case Manager
• Help resolve service delivery problems as needed
• Assist with evaluating client eligibility for programs, including Medicaid eligibility when appropriate
• Complete and submit accurate, timely documentation and maintain client records
• Support internal file monitoring
• Provide clerical and client records support
• Track and maintain various service logs and calendars
• Complete required service reports
• Communicate with potential clients to evaluate service needs and provide appropriate referrals
• Maintain established productivity requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment preferred
• Knowledge of community organization and resources
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records efficiently
• Must complete 701b Assessment training and receive certification within 12 months of employment
• Valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance coverage
