Case Aide - Full Time
What You Will Do
- Aid in processing authorizations at the direction of the Case Manager
- Resolve service delivery problems as needed at the direction of the Case Manager
- Evaluate client eligibility for programs, including assistance with Medicaid eligibility, when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including maintaining client records
- Support internal file monitoring
- Track and update various service logs and calendars
- Complete required service reports as needed
- Communicate with potential clients for evaluation of services and provide appropriate referrals as needed
- Maintain established productivity requirements as established by the supervisor
- Perform all other duties as assigned
