Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounting engagements from month-end close through financial reporting
- Review financial statements and accounting work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing accounting guidance and advisory support
- Partner with business owners on financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and other accounting-related matters
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the CAS team
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms to support client engagements
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to deliver a high level of client service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or public accounting experience
- Experience managing multiple client relationships in a CAS or outsourced accounting environment
- Strong background in full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- QuickBooks Online experience required
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Previous remote work experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 - $105,000 base salary
