CAS Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounting engagements from month-end close through financial reporting
• Review financial statements and accounting work to ensure accuracy and quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing accounting guidance and advisory support
• Partner with business owners on financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and other accounting-related matters
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the CAS team
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms to support client engagements
• Collaborate closely with internal team members to deliver a high level of client service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or public accounting experience
• Experience managing multiple client relationships in a CAS or outsourced accounting environment
• Strong background in full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• QuickBooks Online experience required
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Previous remote work experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000 - $105,000 base salary
