About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of carpenters in the construction and maintenance of various projects. Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carpenter team in the execution of construction projects
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with other departments
• Train and mentor carpenters as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools
• Experience with building codes and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of construction materials and practices

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
