Carpenter Handyman Drywall Professional

About the role

We are fully booked and looking for steady work. Craftsman with Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical and Plumbing skills needed. Work independently with office staff handling paperwork so you can focus on the work in a family atmosphere. This is a full-time position for a franchise owner of Mr. Handyman — franchise owners are independent business owners solely responsible for their own wage and benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs in residential homes and commercial properties
• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects
• Deliver a consistent & superior customer experience when working in their home
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, manage expectations
• Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open doors to future work

Requirements

• Strong ‘multi-skill’ background desired
• Must have/own ‘day to day’ tools of the trade

Pay

Weekly pay averages $850–950 + bonuses depending on number of hours billed. Increases will come with performance at 90 days depending on quality of job performance.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday to Friday (Saturdays required to bonus).
