About the role

We are fully booked and seeking a multi‑skilled craftsman for steady, full‑time work in residential homes and commercial properties throughout the Orlando, FL area. You’ll work independently while our office staff handles paperwork, allowing you to focus on the trade in a family‑oriented atmosphere. A company van and gas card are provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs in residential and commercial settings.
• Complete small‑ to medium‑scale maintenance/repair jobs and mid‑size home improvement projects.
• Deliver a consistent, superior customer experience while working in clients’ homes.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, provide cost estimates, and manage expectations.
• Leave customers thrilled with the completed work and open doors to future opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong multi‑skill background spanning carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical.
• Must own and bring day‑to‑day tools of the trade.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and expectation setting.

Pay

Weekly pay averages $850–$950 plus bonuses based on hours billed. Performance‑based increases are evaluated at 90 days.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday. Saturdays are required to qualify for bonuses.
