About the role

We are fully booked and seeking a craftsman with carpentry, drywall, electrical, and plumbing skills for steady, full-time work. You’ll work independently while our office staff handles paperwork, allowing you to focus on the trade in a family-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs in residential homes and commercial properties.
• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects.
• Deliver a consistent, superior customer experience when working in clients’ homes.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, and manage expectations.
• Leave customers thrilled with your work, opening doors to future opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong multi-skill background across carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical.
• Must own and bring day-to-day tools of the trade.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday. Saturdays are required to qualify for bonuses.

Pay

Weekly pay averages $850–$950 plus bonuses depending on hours billed. Increases at 90 days based on quality of job performance.
