About the Role

This position involves supporting complex commercial construction projects with responsibilities including organizing tasks, reading blueprints, performing layouts, and installing doors and hardware. The role requires forming and placing concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns, along with concrete finishing, slab placement, and managing crane signals and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks within schedule and effectively communicate instructions
• Building layout, elevations, and reading blueprints
• Concrete work: forming, pouring, finishing, and slab placement
• Operating cranes and rigging equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum five years' experience in commercial construction
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
• Good communication and transportation skills
• Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius and in various weather conditions
• Must adhere to substance abuse policies, including passing pre-employment drug screening
