About the Role

This position involves supporting commercial construction projects by performing tasks such as building layout, reading blueprints, and performing concrete work. Effective communication, organization, and understanding of instructions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform assigned tasks within schedule
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Perform building layout and elevations
• Install doors and hardware
• Construct concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
• Apply pump, finish, crane signaling, and rigging techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five years' experience in commercial construction
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout with appropriate math skills
• Transportation and good communication skills
• Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius and in various weather conditions
• OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred
• Must adhere to substance abuse policies, including passing a pre-employment drug screen
