Caregiver- On Call

Position Details

Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour
Shifts: 2–12 hours (from shorter 2–4 hour shifts up to 8–12 hour shifts, based on your availability)
Must provide availability in advance
Minimum of two shifts per month

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on caregiving experience with elderly clients (ADLs, med passing, etc.)
• Preference for experience in multiple care settings (Assisted Living, Memory Care, residential care homes, in-home)
• Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required as we will train)
• Household and cooking skills preferred

Requirements

• 18+ years old; able to pass the MDH background check and tuberculosis screening
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and remain active during shifts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
