About the role
Assist residents with daily activities at The Springs at Lancaster Village, where we change the way people think, feel, and experience senior living.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide kindness, companionship, and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
- Respond quickly to call lights and resident needs
- Communicate observations and changes to supervisors to update care plans
- Work collaboratively with a team of caregivers and medication technicians
Schedule
On Call shifts include:
- Day: 5am–1pm
- Swing: 1pm–9pm
- Noc: 9pm–5am

Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- A genuine love and respect for seniors
No experience required – we provide full training. Senior care experience is a plus.
