Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and joy.
• Work closely with families and fellow team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving seniors.
• The ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team.
• Strong communication skills with patience, compassion, and empathy.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus—but not required. We provide training!
