Daily Living Support
Provide assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
Meal Assistance
Help serve meals at mealtimes and snacks as needed.
Activities Program Participation
Engage in and support the facility’s Activities Program to enhance residents' quality of life.
Ongoing Training
Attend monthly and quarterly in-services provided by the facility, totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year.
Certifications
Maintain current CPR and First Aid training.
For Residents With Developmental Disabilities
Align performance with the facility’s Program Design.
Complete specialized training for working with these residents.
Achieve goals outlined in each resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP).
Maintain detailed progress notes to track accomplishments of IPP objectives.
What We Require
- Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Negative TB Test and Health Screening
- In-person work location at Glen Park at Ojai: 225 N Lomita Ave, Ojai, CA 93023
