About the role

Home Instead seeks individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care for seniors. This position involves caring for clients' needs without the presence of pets.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in interviews available from 9am to 4pm at specified locations.
• Work schedules available including AM, Afternoon, and Night shifts with 4-hour shifts.
• Every other weekend work required before applying.

Requirements

• Experience caring for seniors, either professionally or personally.
• Live within the Carrollton or Coppell area.

Qualifications

• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients.
• Able to work every other weekend before applying.
• At least 21 years old.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling various situations related to senior care.
