How You'll Change Lives

• Offer warm companionship and genuine connection through conversation and encouragement.
• Support clients with personal care, meals, daily routines, and light household tasks.
• Help keep each home safe, tidy, and welcoming.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, and community outings.
• Deliver individualized care that promotes comfort, confidence, and independence.
• Make a lasting impact by bringing companionship, kindness, and dependable support to seniors each day.
• Help clients feel valued and confident while encouraging their comfort, independence, and well-being at home.

Who We're Seeking

• A valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $23-$25 per hour based on experience and certifications
• Payment Schedule: Weekly pay

Schedule

• Flexible daytime hours of 4-8 hours, with weekend shifts also available
