Position Summary Provides career guidance and information to Local Native American and Southern Ute Indian Tribal member applicants seeking employment opportunities.Coordinates and facilitates training needs for Local Native Americans and Southern Ute Tribal members. Liaisons between covered employers and applicants seeking employment opportunities. This position is a grade N11; pay is $25.05/hour. Education And Experience Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must have 3 years of experience in Human Resources, employee recruitment, or training coordination or development. Must have 1 year of experience in budget development and management. Must have computer experience in software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have a valid Driver’s License for state of residency and be insurable under the Tribal vehicle insurance policy. Must pass a thorough criminal history background check. Preferred Qualification Knowledge of the Southern Ute Tribal membership and Tribal organization and entities.
