Career Coach – Youth & Family Support

Role: Job Coach supporting homeless youth and young mothers in a residential setting. Responsibilities: Provide individualized career coaching,job readiness training,life-skills guidance,assess strengths and barriers,develop action plans,teach resume and interview skills,support education and training goals,connect residents to community employment resources. Environment: Onsite, collaborating with clinical and residential staff in a faith-centered, trauma-informed setting promoting stability, dignity, and long-term self-sufficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to assess individual needs, develop tailored plans, and facilitate employment readiness. Experience in career coaching or related fields is preferred.
