Career Accelerator Program - Product Marketing Engineer

About the role

In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training as well as resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, you will also receive function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate product roadmaps
• Influence product definition
• Define the overall marketing strategy
• Solve customer needs
• Drive revenue growth
• Gain exposure to the company's product lines
• Gain a deep understanding of the product line strategy, priorities and structure
• Interact with customers and TI's sales teams to understand their current and future needs
• Identify key marketing objectives, regions and markets, competition, roadmaps and key technology trends
• Broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI through exposure to other roles such as Applications, Systems & Marketing

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quickly ramp on new systems and processes
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

Skills

Build expertise in a wide range of marketing activities, including overall marketing strategy, portfolio marketing, growth initiatives, opportunity management and pricing.
