Care Team Supervisor

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph about Elara Caring, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" is not explicitly present but we can infer. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - "Job Description" paragraph: description of role, mission, etc. Could be "About the role". - Then "Why Join the Elara Caring Mission?" and "What We Offer" list of benefits. That could be Benefits section. - Then "As the Care Team Supervisor, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:" list of duties. That's Responsibilities. - Then "What is Required?" list of requirements. That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. - Then "You will report to ..." maybe not needed. - Then "Pay & Benefit Information: Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors..." This is vague, not specific numbers. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It says "Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors..." That's not specific compensation; it's generic. Should we include Pay section? The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here it's vague but not a specific number; it's basically saying compensation will be determined based on factors. That's similar to "commensurate with experience". Likely we should NOT include Pay section because it's not specific. - Benefits: The posting lists benefits under "What We Offer": collaborative environment, meaningful opportunity, competitive compensation packages, tuition reimbursement, free continuing education, clear paths for career growth, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(K) with employer match, generous paid time off, pet insurance. Those are specific benefits. So we should include Benefits section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. - Skills: Could be part of Requirements. We could combine Requirements and Skills into one section? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. The "What is Required?" includes education, experience, knowledge, skills, bilingual fluency, transportation. That's both qualifications and skills. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (computer proficiency, organizational, communication, leadership). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps better to have one "Requirements" section that includes all. Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Skills". However we need to avoid filler. The posting does have explicit list of requirements and also list of skills. Could split but each would be substantive. Let's extract: Requirements (education/experience): - High School Diploma or GED required - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred - Experience working with elderly or disabled populations preferred - Five (5) years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment preferred - Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations preferred - Knowledge of kidney-related diagnoses, including dialysis treatments and post-dialysis care needs is highly preferred - Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel locally and occasionally to support audits or operational needs Skills/Qualifications: - Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Professional verbal and written communication skills - Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Bilingual fluency (Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, Russian, or Portuguese) may be required based on location We could also include "Bilingual fluency" as a requirement/skill. Thus we can have two sections: Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (abilities). Or combine into one "Requirements and Skills". But instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Two sections is fine. Now Responsibilities: list of duties after "As the Care Team Supervisor, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:" many bullet points (actually sentences separated by line breaks). We'll put each as
  • . Benefits: list from "What We Offer". We'll put each as
  • . About the role: The introductory paragraphs before "Job Description". Could be considered "About the role". We'll include that as

maybe multiple paragraphs. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for "Care Team Supervisor". Good. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. None present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "We are committed to equal employment opportunity..." and the later EEO paragraph. Also remove "If you require assistance due to a disability..." and "EVerify:" etc. Also remove "Pay & Benefit Information:" line? Actually we might keep the generic compensation line? But we decided not to include Pay section because it's vague. However the line "Pay & Benefit Information: Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors..." is part of the posting but it's vague. According to rule, we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. Since it's vague, we should not include a Pay heading. But we could still include the sentence somewhere? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." However the sentence is not substantive? It's basically saying compensation will be determined based on factors, which is generic. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction also says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not exactly EEO but it's about pay info generic. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit it. Also remove "You will report to Care Team Manager, Lead, Branch Director, or Regional Branch Director." That's maybe substantive? It's reporting line. Could be included in About the role or Responsibilities? It's not a duty but organizational. Could be included in About the role as a sentence. But we could keep it as a paragraph under About the role. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. Reporting line is substantive. So we should keep it somewhere. Perhaps include in About the role paragraph. Also "This is not a comprehensive list of all job responsibilities; a full job description will be provided." That's boilerplate/filler; we can drop. Now let's craft HTML. Structure:
