Compensation Brief Description: Starting at $17.19/hour non-exempt
SCHEDULE: Monday and Wednesday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 am – 5 pm
Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
How You’ll Make an Impact
The Care Navigator: Office Support position is an administrative job with responsibility for multiple support functions. The Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Exceptional customer service
- Greet Clients and Visitors
- Answer Multi-line telephone and direct calls
- Schedule Appointments
- Collect copays and fees
- Flexibility to cover hours outside of normal shift is required
- Ability to drive to all 4 locations – Waite Park, St. Cloud, Buffalo and Elk River
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 year degree in medical office administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record preferred
- At least 18 years of age
