Care Model Front End Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality orientation and ongoing education to team members, and ensure all participants are actively engaged in the learning process.
• Assist in developing, evaluating, and modifying curricula for both classroom and on-site education.
• Manage the scheduling and delivery of education for new and existing team members.
• Train team members to assist with closing gaps in registration documentation and coverage capture.
• In conjunction with leaders, provide real-time interventions and ongoing development to support the learning needs of team members to ensure they reach optimal performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in identified systems as needed.
• Utilize principles of adult teaching/learning during all training activities.
• Provide continuous feedback and input on ways to improve curriculum for learner's comprehension to foster effective learning.
• Promote the use of technology in teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Able to work assigned hours.
• Participate in appropriate meetings, trainings, and committees directly affecting Care Model curriculum.
• Able to travel throughout Travis County and surrounding areas to support for rounding, conducting learning needs assessments, and identifying areas for improvement.
