Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Follow individualized care plans and document changes
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), compassionate, reliable, strong communication skills.
