Care Manager - Part Time

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized care plans and documenting changes. Engages residents through conversation and activities, supports dining services, maintains a clean environment, and communicates effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care, creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
