Caregiver Role Summary As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Your responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. You will engage residents through meaningful conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences tailored for residents with memory loss.
