Role: Caregiver Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal careFollow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changesPromote safety, dignity, and independence for residentsEngage residents through conversation and daily activitiesSupport dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environmentCommunicate effectively with families and care team membersCreate enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care with memory loss Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; age 18+CHHA or CNA required for New JerseyCPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties: Provide hands-on support, foster meaningful relationships, promote safety and independence, and support residents' well-being and engagement.
