Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties Assist residents with daily activities, promote safety and independence, engage residents, support dining, and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
