Role Overview The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to senior residents, fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
