Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing care team
• Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate standards
• Oversee care planning, rotas, audits, and quality assurance
• Drive recruitment, retention, and staff engagement
• Build strong local partnerships and networks
• Support business growth and contribute to commercial success

Requirements

• SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 4 (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent
• Experience in homecare with strong operational knowledge (care plans, rotas, audits)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager or ambitious Deputy ready to step up
