Care Manager (CHHA/CNA) - Part Time

Role: Caregiver As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED, age 18+CHHA CNA Certification in New JerseyCPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties: Assist residents with daily activities, promote well-being, support dining, communicate effectively with families and care teams, and deliver personalized care to enhance residents' quality of life.
