Role Overview: The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting quality of life through assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, dignity, and independence. They engage residents in conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
