Role Overview And Responsibilities The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key duties. In memory care settings, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
