Care Coordinator Case Manager

About the role

RIDGEVIEW Behavioral Health Services is a not-for-profit community mental health center located in the Oak Ridge and Harriman, TN, communities. We are currently seeking a Full Time Bachelor’s Level Behavioral Health Safety Net (BHSN) Case Manager to support our mission of Hope, Healing, and Recovery.

Responsibilities

• Care coordination and case management
• Directing and coordinating services to consumers of mental health services
• Working directly with adult or youth clients, their families, and community resources for mental and physical health
• Securing necessary services to meet client needs
• Working with both adult and child clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• If Bachelor's isn't in social sciences or mental health, 15+ credit hours of related courses must be on the transcript
• Relevant training and supervision will be provided after hire if Bachelor's isn't in the mentioned fields
• Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferred
• Maintain a valid TN driver's license and a safe driving record
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
