About the role
RIDGEVIEW Behavioral Health Services is a not-for-profit community mental health center seeking a Full Time Bachelor’s Level Tennessee Health Links Care Coordinator / Case Manager to support clients in the Harriman, TN area.
Responsibilities
- Care coordination and case management
- Directing and coordinating services for adult and youth clients, their families, and community resources for mental and physical health
- Securing necessary services to meet client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- If Bachelor's isn't in social sciences or mental health (ex counseling, psychology, social work, vocational rehabilitation), then 15+ credit hours of related courses on transcript may be required
- Relevant training and supervision will be provided after hire
- Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferred
- Valid TN driver's license and safe driving record required
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
