Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled end-of-life care to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance patient care and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospice or palliative care.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
