Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist

About the role

TMC Healthcare is seeking BC/BE Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologists with a focus on open heart and structural heart cases only. Adult Cardiothoracic Fellowship (certified or eligible) preferred but not required. At minimum, Basic TEE certification is required but Advanced TEE certification is preferred and TEE experience in the past year is desired. Position would require cardiothoracic weekend and overnight call. Fantastic work life balance! This is a part time role with flexibility!

Responsibilities

• All Cardiac and structural intraprocedural echocardiography performed by the cardiac anesthesiologist.

Requirements

• BC/BE Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Certification
• Adult Cardiothoracic Fellowship (certified or eligible)
• Basic TEE certification
• Advanced TEE certification preferred
• TEE experience in the past year
• Cardiothoracic weekend and overnight call responsibilities
