Cardiologist
About the Role
As a Cardiologist, you will specialize in the diagnosis, management, and follow-up of patients with suspected or known heart diseases. This role involves addressing moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with patients to diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular diseases
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ECGs and echocardiograms
- Prescribe medications and therapies for cardiovascular conditions
Requirements
- Current medical license in good standing
- Board certification in Cardiology
- 5+ years of experience in Cardiology
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and telemedicine platforms
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines for cardiovascular care
- This role is patient-facing and requires Tuberculosis (TB) screening
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Scheduled weekly hours: 40
- 12–15 patients per day with longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
- 100% of time clinically focused on direct patient care, including patient-facing and related administrative tasks
Pay
The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications such as skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
- Base pay range: $360,500 – $495,700 per year
- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance
