About the role

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations within a neighborhood primary care network. The role involves assessing and diagnosing patients, overseeing primary care delivery, prescribing medications, maintaining electronic medical records, collaborating with leadership to meet quality goals, and managing care teams with Practice Managers.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Board Certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active unrestricted license

Pay

Full-time position with a pay range of $174,070 to $374,920 per year, based on experience and location.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
