Physician
About the role
Skilled Wound Care is seeking motivated physicians to lead wound care initiatives within Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Rhinebeck and the surrounding Dutchess County/Hudson Valley communities. Whether you are a physician who left a large hospital system for the promise of small-town practice but found yourself just as buried in RVU targets and committee meetings, or a surgeon looking for meaningful clinical work without rebuilding a referral base from scratch, we offer clinical autonomy without the corporate bureaucracy that has followed independent medicine even here.

- No nights
- No weekends
- Zero “on-call” responsibilities
Efficiency & work-life balance
- Predictable, efficient routes between facilities
- Custom software designed to be fast and intuitive
- No Epic charting fatigue—finish notes during the day, not evenings
