Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Experience: 2-5 years in nursing; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
