Cardiac Rehab Services Supervisor

Overview

Manages all operational procedures to facilitate efficient delivery of cardiac rehabilitation services. Conducts cardiac rehabilitation evaluations and provides skilled patient care to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Manages all operational procedures to facilitate efficient delivery of cardiac rehabilitation services.
• Counsels patients on lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.
• Conducts cardiac rehabilitation evaluations and provides skilled patient care to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury.
• Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
• Work Experience: 3 years recent and relevant cardiac experience
• Licenses and Certifications: RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure, Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License, Upon Hire Required andBCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA, Required andACLS through AHA
