Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years of cardiac or critical care experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work safely with alertness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Educate patients and families on care management and medication use.
• Collaborate on care planning and communicate effectively across teams.
• Uphold compliance with safety and quality standards.
