Cardiac Diagnostic Lab Nurse - Part Time

Role Overview: The position is for a Cardiac Diagnostic Lab Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care, assessments, education, and care planning within a specialized outpatient cardiology department. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to standards and guidelines.Educate patients and families on managing their condition, medication administration, and post-treatment care.Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.Evaluate physical, psychosocial, emotional needs, and cultural considerations of patients.Ensure safety and alertness in a safety-sensitive environment. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.3+ years of cardiac or critical care experience required.BLS/ACLS certification required or obtainable within 90 days.Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
