Work Schedule
Work Schedule: 3 days per week. Roughly 7-8 call shifts per month. 30 minute call time required!
What You Will Do in This Role
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all nursing care.
- React accordingly to emergencies.
- Administer medications & IV conscious sedation under physician's direction.
- Scrub and assist physician during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral angiographic studies.
- Provide accurate and timely nursing documentation in MediTech and Camtronics.
- Record, monitor, and demonstrate understanding of hemodynamic measurements and valve areas.
Qualifications You Will Need
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Current Nursing (RN) licensure by KY Board of Nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Must have ACLS or complete ACLS training within 6 months of hire
- Prior Cath Lab Experience
- Preferred: 1 Year of RN critical care experience required
